Off The Chest is a spoken word poetry night from heart of East London. It is co-hosted by local poet Iftikhar Latif, and Ella Dorman-Gajic.
While they are not able to run the poetry night safely in person during these times of social distancing and lockdown, they are still providing a creative space for poets online. That means open mic events through IG live, Zoom and more.
This week 29 November, they will be running a poetry and spoken word night on Instagram live. Slots are given on a first-come-first-serve basis, and performances can last no longer than 3-4 minutes. If you’d like a slot, see their post on Instagram about what you need to do.
