The Covid-19 outbreak has shone light on the value and importance of parks, as people are relying on them more and wondering about the plants they see around them. Some people are also cooking more at home, and maybe experimenting and considering the inclusion of foraged wild foods in their culinary creations.
Join Ken as he shares his knowledge of plants and offers some recipe suggestions which show there is more to foraging than wild garlic.
